Try this
(1) I was my supervisor why i was given the extra work to do considering I am so busy.
*I thot I have to do it if someone goes on leave but it's actually daily job*
M: Hey I thot that the extra work is suppose to be on a ad hoc basis.
C: No, it's suppose to be daily. There is no one doing it.
M: Why don't you ask P to do it?
C: She is busy cuz she has to settle shares in the morning.
M: But, I have to settle shares EVERYDAY and she does it on a AD HOC Basis.
C: Just do it, it's only a few jobs.
Logic
You rather ask someone who is busy to do a a few jobs and not ask someone who is FREE.
(2) If I am busy with my work, P and J would just be talking and laughing.
They have the cheek to ask - "Why are you so quiet?"
Logic
Dun I have endless things to do???
(3) P would come to my snacks corner and ask why didn't you buy my fav food, Chocolates?

This is my snack corner and I have no obligation to feed you!
(4) Our system run on the 2 computers, dependent on the % used and number of computer.
Cost of using the computer is charged per month.
E.g. If u the computer for 1 day, it would still be charged the month's usage.
--> IT Help only use 2 computers, set at 40% usage only.
They switch off the 3rd computer because they think that everything is fine.
I have to wait for 1 hr plus for a report to be generate
Logic
All these while the 3 rd computer has been used - menas we have to pay for it irregardless.
Why swtich it off?
Why are the other 2 computers set at a maximum usage of 40%?
(5) Every morning I would come at 8:30 *offical start time*, print all the reports for the work.
J comes in at 9, checks her hair and waits for me to pass the reports for her to verify
P comes in at 845 and has breakfast at her desk - ask, "how many pages are there in the report?"
Then walks out ??
*point 1 - why am i given the EXTRA WORK TO DO AGAIN*
If I come late, J would still wait for me to print the report and related information.
(6) J: Oh I want you to do this excel. It is something good to learn.
Well, I have been doing that report for the pass 3 months.
(7) We would stamp would reports with the printed chop.
The names on the chop has already left ( one of them 2 yrs ago, the other 1/2 yr)
J can continue to stamp this stamp, cancel their names and write her own name down.
She did that for 2 years.
P remove out the name of the people who left
*at least we don't have to cancel their name* - only after I came
- guess why only now she did that ?
Her name is on the orginal list so she don't care if the names are there or not?
*I had to ask her who these ppl are before she remove the names
I couldn't stand it so I requested for a new stamp with the updated names.
Logic:
Their logic is that they are better cuz they can still survive in adversity.
I say so inefficient
Can I survive working there for extra money to study Music?
If i continue to work there, will I survive? or die from frustration
What kind of a person would I be after it all?
